Yes. Private cannabis associations are legal in Spain provided they are non-profit organisations, do not publicly advertise cannabis, and only allow access to members of legal age.
You can become a member if you are over 18 and bring your passport or European ID card. You do not need to be resident in Spain, but you will need a current member to vouch for you or to request an invitation in advance (24–48 hours).
There is a nominal annual fee and either a monthly fee or a usage-based charge. We’ll explain the details when you request an invitation.
No. Consumption must always take place on the premises. We do not sell cannabis to take away. This is a legal requirement.
